Nick is a wonderful person and a great attorney. My wife and I were lucky to find him. We needed to find an attorney familiar with Special Needs Trusts. He communicated with us via Zoom several times about all the details of the SNT. Additionally, when it came time to sign the papers, Nick came to our house. He explained every document we needed to sign and he answered all our questions. Because we were so pleased with Nick's help, we made further arrangements with him to help us establish a guardianship for our son. It is a complicated process. That said, Nick carefully explained the process every step of the way. We are now in the process of arranging my wife to adopt my son. Because we trust Nick, he is going to take care of the adoption as well. Let me add two more things. It is nice to work with an attorney who is so open and personable. But there is something else to say. If you are a parent of a special needs child and you need a SNT or you want to establish a guardianship, Nick is your man!
